Portixa is a personal awareness and planning platform designed to allow users to privately document intentions,
locations, notes, and optional sharing preferences. Portixa is not a safety monitoring service, emergency
response service, law enforcement tool, or verification or tracking system.
3. No Safety or Emergency Guarantees
Portixa does not guarantee personal safety, rescue, intervention, verification of danger, or outcomes of any kind.
All decisions regarding safety, communication, travel, or personal activity remain solely the responsibility of the
user.
4. No Monitoring or Intervention
Portixa does not monitor user activity, evaluate situations, intervene during emergencies, escalate information to
third parties, or notify contacts unless explicitly triggered by the user.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create or upload, the accuracy of information entered, any sharing
decisions you make, and determining when and how to seek help from others or authorities. Portixa does not
provide advice or instruction regarding personal safety.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portixa and its operators shall not be liable for injury, loss, harm,
missed communications, failure to act, failure to deliver outcomes, or decisions made by users or third parties.
Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
7. Service Availability
Portixa may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. No guarantees are made
regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access.
8. Governing Language
English is the legally binding version of these Terms. Translations are provided for convenience only. In the event
of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
9. Updates to Terms
Material changes to these Terms may require user re-review or updated digital consent. Continued use of the
Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
