• User-submitted content (including notes, images, links, or plans voluntarily created by the user)
• Limited technical data required for security and system integrity (such as error logs)

Portixa does not collect:

• Advertising identifiers
• Background location tracking

• Third-party tracking cookies

2. How We Use Information
Information is used solely to:
• Provide and maintain Portixa services
• Enable user-initiated actions and notifications
• Ensure system reliability and security

Portixa does not sell, rent, or monetize user data.

Portixa operates only through user-initiated actions. Nothing is sent, shared, or triggered
automatically without the member’s explicit input.

Members control when information is created, what information is shared, who receives it, and
whether actions occur at all. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the
member account.

4. Trusted Contacts
If a member chooses to designate trusted contacts, Portixa may send verification or notification
emails only when initiated by the member or based on the member’s predefined preferences.

5. Data Storage and Security
Portixa uses industry-standard security practices to protect stored information. Data is stored
securely and access is limited to authorized systems only.

6. Data Retention
User-submitted content remains available to the member until deleted by the member or the
account is closed.

7. Third-Party Services
Portixa does not integrate advertising networks or behavioral tracking services. Limited third-party
infrastructure providers may be used strictly to support platform functionality.

8. Children’s Privacy

Portixa is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
